1. Overview. This website is operated by Nature's Cures, LLC ("Third Nature," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced here, including our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to purchase from us.

3. Products & health disclaimer. Our products are dietary supplements, not drugs. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product information is provided for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. Consult your physician before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience an adverse reaction.

4. Pricing & product information. We work to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

5. Subscriptions & recurring billing. By starting a Subscribe & Save subscription, you authorize us (and our payment and subscription providers) to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., every 30 days) at the then-current subscription price, plus any applicable tax, until you cancel.

• No commitment. You can skip, reschedule, change, or cancel anytime — there are no fees and no minimum number of orders.
• How to manage. Manage your subscription from your account portal or by emailing hello@trythirdnature.com.
• Cancellation timing. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, make changes or cancel before your next renewal/processing date (we'll send a reminder email before each renewal). Once a renewal order has been processed or shipped, it falls under our 30-day money-back guarantee.
• Price changes. If subscription pricing changes, we'll notify active subscribers in advance; continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

6. Payment. You represent that you're authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information is accurate. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Shopify Payments); we don't store full card numbers.

7. Intellectual property. All content on this site — text, logos, images, and the "Third Nature" name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Nature's Cures, LLC and may not be used without our written permission.

8. User conduct. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nature's Cures, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Disclaimer of warranties. The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind except as required by law.

11. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nature's Cures, LLC from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or products.

12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

13. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always posted on this page, and changes take effect when posted.
