Refund policy

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to feel the difference. If you're not happy with Third Nature for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date and we'll refund your purchase — even if you've opened it and tried it. You don't need to send the product back.

How to request a refund

Email hello@trythirdnature.com with your order number and the email or name used at checkout. We'll confirm and process your refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

What's covered

The guarantee applies to your most recent order. For subscriptions, it covers your most recent shipment.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Subscription orders

You can cancel or skip anytime before your next order is processed. If a renewal order has already shipped, it's covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee above — just reach out.

Non-returnable situations

Because this is a consumable product, we do not accept physical returns; refunds are handled without a return. Orders placed more than 30 days ago are not eligible for a guarantee refund but may still qualify for help if the product arrived damaged or defective.
